Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 1-3 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of superiorpurchasemart.shop (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of superiorpurchasemart.shop.
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing, you must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Wow! There are so many extras and this is so easy to use. For the price, there were several attachments and scissors and combs which makes it an excellent value. The only thing I wish it had was a carrying case!
I bought this set of clippers to keep up with the grooming of my puppy in between visits to the professional groomer. It not only serves the purpose but I love these so much that I have begun grooming my puppy myself. Needless to say, it is way less stressful for the pup if I do it than the groomers where the noise, smells, and handling leaves him stressed. The clippers are good quality and the multiple attachments help in choosing the correct length for the coat. The scissors are high quality and comparable to the ones I use to cut my kids' hair. My puppy looks amazing after he's been groomed and is becoming more cooperative and relaxed with the process. I also save a ton of money on grooming which is a definite plus! As long as you can handle the clippers, scissors, nail cutter, etc and take it slow and easy with a LOT of treats you will be just fine! Don't worry if you do make a mistake or two (I did end up shaving his rear end a tad too close the first time i tried trimming that area :D), the dog won't mind ;-)
Pretty early for a review as I have only used it one time but here it goes. I used them to trim our shizu who was well overdue for a haircut. Her hair was long and matted in certain places. The clippers did excellent on the non-matted hair and pretty well on the matted too. Only dislike was the battery died after I was about 3/4ths of the way done. Fast recharge though as another plus. I would buy them again.
Bought these for a long haired cat who tends to get really bad knotted fur seemingly overnight! These worked very well at getting a very think bundle of fur off her. Since she is a cat, and cats are easily spooked, she wasn't exactly calm using these, but they worked quickly so she didn't have to be stressed for long. I think if you have a dog who isn't very easily spooked, these would be quiet and gentle enough to not bother them at all.
It works great, we'll see how long it lasts, but for now it's a good buy
I found the clippers really easy use and they did a fabulous job. They are very quiet, and we were surprised to find that our dog loved the whole experience. We have a malti-poo. Even though she's small she has a LOT of thick hair. The clippers glided through. It took me a while to get the hang of how to most effectively use them to groom her, but that's because I've never done it before. It was very easy to stop from time to time to clear out accumulated hair from the clippers. I don't see why the average dog-owner would ever need a more expensive set than this. Love that they are rechargeable and cordless. Very happy with this purchase.
It is a functional and good quality product, at a good price. I start using it and the scissors made a good impression on me.
IT IS FANTASTIC. Mt dog doesn't like being trimmed, but she sat in my lap & let me shave her! I can't see using this for professional grooming for hours a day. Corded work better for that than battery powered-they are more powerful-but this is perfect for the 'hobby groomer'.
Just finished grooming my Shih Tzu with your clippers. Loved them they were very quiet and cut her hair with ease. Even used the guard with them. She looks beautiful! These clippers have already paid for themselves! Very happy with the purchase!
